What time is check in and check out?
Check in and check out of the hostel are at 12:00 p.m.
Can I leave the room late?
Please accept our apologies, but this is not possible.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
During the reservation process you will be able to choose the type of room and bed that you require with no problem.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
Many of our rooms have balconies which you can request.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
We have non-smoking rooms. Please indicate this in the observations section of your reservation.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 3 floors, all are accessed by lift.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
We have air-conditioning in all the rooms throughout the year.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
There are no rooms for disabled guests.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
No problem. Please inform reception.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
There are 3 public car parks nearby, it costs around 26 € per day (2009).
Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, in our hall.
Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?
The whole hostel has a high speed Wi-Fi connection.
Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
All our rooms are standard rooms.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
Spanish and English.
